Exceptionally Rare Mascot

i have never seen this before and it’s highly prized to the discerning collector. described as a costumed attired band-parade leader with rotating arms and symbols. the idea being as the automobile travels at speed the symbols catch the wing and the arms rotate. very novel. very rare. very collectible. have you seen another? No, i doubt it!!

standing approx 9 inches at full stretch from extended arm to base of bolt heavy in construction chromed with red frock ringmaster tailed coat the detail is very good. some slight pitting which shows patina. we think it dates from 1929. we have tried to research the mascot but there is nothing comparable. so as is the case we presume that this mascot was commissioned as a one off. certainly the rotating arms are an excellent and unique feature. this is an amazing find by any standard. we couldn’t believe our luck as it came from an unlikely source. anyway what an investment. could be the only one in the world!
