Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards and payment for goods is made using either paypal or world pay. Both payment methods offer an excellent secure payment system.
Delivery:
UK Delivery - from £3.00 per order
Europe and International Delivery - from £5.00 per order
We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 48 hrs (stock allowing) of the order being placed so please allow 5-7 working days for the goods to arrive.
For all orders outside the UK please allow up to 28 days for the orders to arrive.
All of our postage materials are kept to a minimum and were possible completely recyclable.
Out of Stock Items:
We update our system regularly but if for any unforseen reason an item that is listed as in stock is out of stock we will contact you to offer to post the items when it comes in stock or offer a full refund or exchange for alternative items.
Returns and Cancellations:
We do hope that you will be happy with the items that you purchase from “Automobilia Planet” but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days for a full refund. We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage as we can not take responsility for items lost in transit. A full refund will be given including postage costs.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please call us immediately on 01388 764998. Orders will be cancelled only if the goods have not been dispatched.
Faulty Goods:
All of our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. However in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty or damaged please return them within 30 days of purchase and we will happily exchange or refund fund them. Please obtain proof of postage for the returned items.
